We offer a 7 day return policy on defective or incorrectly described items only.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Return must contain an invoice # and our Return Authorization #.

Defective items will be refunded or replaced (our choice).

Items that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused by anyone will not be refunded or replaced.

We reserve the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.

We will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature arising from the sale of any item after the item has left our facility. Due to the fragility of glass, any breakage or damage during shipping is the buyers responsibility. You will need to file a damage claim with the freight company.
